Onsite administrator, responsible for achieving overall technical integrity of organization’s website. Maintains and upgrades hardware and software including website technical architecture related to hardware and connectivity. Administers e-mail, chat, and FTP services. Seeks out customers to gather feedback for website improvement and enhancements. Communicates configuration changes and troubleshoots system errors and bugs. Maintains servers, creates monitoring reports and logs, and ensures functionality of links. Monitors site for acceptable performance and user accessibility. Establishes backups and monitors site security.

Webmaster for the ATEC Internet, SharePoint & Intranet sites and subordinate commands.

Developed and deployed the SharePoint Team Services Server program, including formatting with Windows 2000 Server, IIS, installing security updates, digital certificates and PKI solutions, Outlook Exchange integration, SQL Database configuration, and DNS assignment. In addition, created personalized command look by modifying cascading style sheets with original and unique graphics, authored the lesson plan and instructed a two day class to ATEC webauthors from all ATEC commands in the United States and abroad.

Executive Office of the President: Provided crucial support to the web site project. Worked with designers to ensure consistency of final interface and function with the intended concept. Created server ready graphics, animations, and other media elements. Used graphic- and site-production tools such as, Dreamweaver, PhotoShop, Illustrator, and other applications.

Administrative Offices of the United States Courts:
Conducted Quality Assurance inspections of their intranet and internet sites. Worked with quality assurance and usability specialists to test site deliverables for functionality and platform and browser compatibility, generated weekly reports and made significant contributions to the design of the agency’s intranet site. Wrote test scripts and tested applications. Worked with users in the test lab as a support for their hands-on testing. Wrote detailed descriptions of user needs program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Researched and documented fixes for Y2Kcompliance. Provided phone support in English and Spanish to users with questions about the Judiciary wide Y2K date and cost tracking web site. Coordinated technical requirements of deliverables with project managers, clients, and IT staff. Trained a team of eight PC Lab hardware technicians on the proper procedures for implementing and installing bios software on all new PC's and Servers. Monitoring their progress leading to error free integration of all new hardware. Worked as part of a six-person team who inventoried and repaired over 1,200 office computers in a two-month period. Responsible for processing and verifying data collected was accurate for a customer deliverable database of all the software and hardware used by the AOUSC.
